## Completed Work

- 01 Persistent Identity And Catalog Recovery Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Implement the `01-persistent-identity-and-catalog-recovery` milestone: implement canonical project records, atomic persistence and safe catalog mutations.
- 02 Bounded Discovery And Command Foundations Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Implement configurable, bounded, metadata-only project discovery and the launcher catalog/configuration CLI foundations. Source traceability remains the day-shift-launcher spec, SC02/SC03/SC09/SC14, phase criteria L50-P01-AC-03 through L50-P01-AC-06, and the governed slice/spec-index metadata named by the unchanged upstream links.
- 01 Private Control And Runtime Authority Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Implement the `01-private-control-and-runtime-authority` milestone: implement authenticated native IPC and compatible runtime authority without implicit ownership transfer.
- 02 Browser Bootstrap And Session Isolation Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Both declared tasks are completed and accepted. This refresh preserves the earlier reconciliation acceptance and completed metadata, incorporates the ordered evidence-only successors, and requires a current read-only reconciliation review.
  - Implement secret-safe local browser handoff and an independent revocable launcher session boundary. The accepted milestone01 private control/runtime authority reconciliation is the predecessor; its final review0528 is sufficient, with reconciliation SHA256 `147c4b8a2ec03fbd77b3851172fc8008d80ca16da95af2fb8a699b59548daf04`.
- 03 Service Supervision And Verified Recovery Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Implement the `03-service-supervision-and-verified-recovery` milestone: implement singleton service, serialized project lifecycle and verified crash/restart recovery.
- Explicit Environments and Private Helper Control Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Implement explicit Windows host, WSL distribution and Linux user selection; authenticate a private Linux helper; and run catalog, runtime and management operations inside that selected Linux environment. Preserve phase 01 discovery limits and phase 02 control authority without implicit environment fallback, installation or elevation.
- 02 Authenticated Browser Bridge And Handoff Contracts Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Implement bounded authenticated Windows browser transport through the private WSL helper and exact-environment terminal/editor handoff contracts, satisfying L50-P03-AC-04 and L50-P03-AC-05. Reuse accepted milestone 01 helper/security interfaces without changing ping behavior or assuming Windows can reach a Linux runtime directly.
- 01 Launcher Application And Accessible Project Library Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Deliver an independent launcher application and an accessible, service-backed project catalog/discovery surface. The combined runtime implementation satisfies the two milestone criteria; external application adapters, desktop packaging and native host qualification retain their later phase owners.
- 02 Application Adapters And Independent Opening Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Implement environment-specific installed application settings and safe native/Windows-to-WSL dispatch, then coordinate captured-project GUI/editor/terminal opening with independent outcomes and failure-only retry.
  - Both T1 and T2 retained independently reviewed, append-only descriptor/digest continuations and selected only their exact active release reviews. Historical review rows, audit snapshots, routes, language rules, claim bodies and claim counts remain preserved. This narrow publication authority did not reclassify repository policy or grant general file mutation.
- 03 Desktop Packaging And Platform Command Parity Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Deliver owned desktop installation/startup and executable CLI/dashboard parity, with a strict evidence path for subsequent actual-host qualification. Both declared implementation tasks are accepted and closed. This reconciliation accepts the delivered implementation and current automated task evidence only. Actual native desktop/window qualification in L50-P04-AC-05 and L50-P04-AC-06 remains unfulfilled at the four explicitly declared parent phase-acceptance gates; neither full native criterion satisfaction nor complete release acceptance is claimed.
- 01 Explicit Management Context And Store Coordination Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Deliver the shared management foundation for launcher and served project GUIs: explicit environment/project scope, authenticated shared services, coordinated version/license store writes, and reliable refresh across management surfaces. This milestone owns the context and store foundation; later declared milestones own complete launcher version and license controls and final native release acceptance.
- 02 Version Selection And Preserving Launcher Replacement Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Integrate verified version management and safe runtime-aware launcher replacement through the existing shared management services. Preserve explicit environment/project context, runtime ownership, and the distinction between running package identity and next-start selection.
- 03 License Surfaces And Integrated Release Acceptance Reconciliation
  - Accepted. Every declared task has a completed, non-placeholder implementation summary and the milestone reconciliation evidence was explicitly accepted from the current review receipt.
  - Implement the `03-license-surfaces-and-integrated-release-acceptance` milestone: complete shared signed-license controls and verify the full launcher release contract.

## User-Visible Behavior

- No user-visible implementation summary was selected for this release.

## Known Follow-Up Work

- Conservative marker validation reports table/nonempty-array semantics as unvalidated during bounded scans; it never silently registers those candidates, and explicit add performs workspace validation.
- No M1 criterion or required command was waived.
- Project GUI/static client delivery and browser service-shutdown acknowledgement/reconnection remain phase04 handoffs.
- The native stalled-listener diagnostic identifies a bounded future resilience improvement: serialized expected-instance listener self-rebind while retaining HTTP, lease and ownership.
